Arrow 828 has been heard in Holland and Växjö, Sweden on its old frequency of 828 kHz. It is believed that the transmitter is on low power and is on the air in order to avoid losing the frequency. Identifying as 'Arrow Classic Rock' and the webstream is not in // with 828.
