Heard in Fredriksfors Sep 29 - Oct 4 - total misfailure

On September 29^th. and 30^th. I had Asia on my mind again and recorded evenings. It turned out to be completely unnecessary. A couple of Indians went on 29^th. the following evening Thailand well on 891 at the close fowm at 17, but otherwise nothing!

October 2^nd.the interference had become very strong and 285 degrees was a misjudgment on my part. At the beginning of the night Harbour Light went on 1400 and probably CRL 1160 could be seen. At 03 probably Puerto Rico on 1350 and 1490. Otherwise no signals.

3^rd. The solar interference took away most of the signals this night. At 03 there were some weak signals, and some carriers, which indicated that it could have been exciting with 255 degrees instead of the 285 I had connected. Not even Harbour Light could be heard this night! Towards sunrise it was so bad that not even the few Europeans left could be heard.

4th. and finally a little better, but still not  good enough. Harbour Light was back on 1400 at 01, weak signals also from Argentina on 870 and 950. Then between 03 and 04 there was considerably more activity on especially the low part of the band, but too weak to be able to hear anything at all. Judging from known carriers it was mostly Argentina and Paraguay.
