On 1368 kHz I have heard the new 2500 watts transmitter of Challenger Radio at Villa Estence, Padova, Veneto region at 1520 UTC on Feb 12th with relay of VOA English programs. The reception was quite good for 15 minutes at 1530 when the full VOA identification followed. Later came Iran and Serbia on the frequency. (Bengt Ericson, ARC, Växjö)
