According to their website
http://www.atlanticradio.ie/ Atlantic Radio is now testing from Castlebar, Ireland on MW 1251 kHz and SW 6960 kHz. The MW transmitter is said to be in AM stereo. The station also has a Facebook group at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Atlantic-Radio/265344633593?v=wall where programme information is published. At the moment the station is running on low power while some aerial adjustments are made but a spokesman for the station says that in a few days the main transmitter will be on the air. Power will then be 250 W carrier, 1 kW PEP. (Ronny Forslund, ARC)
