Heard in Fredriksfors Aug.12 - got the "main target"

As I went to Fredriksfors to join the verifying process of the reception reports sent to Radio Dellen Intrnational on Saturday night, I also spent the night there listening.  There wasn´t much to hear...

However, the "main target" for the night was Radio Logos, and there I succeded in getting an id and not only musik as earleri times. Mediumwave was dull, except for a small "top" around 030 UTC, but not mych.

1440 12.8 0237 HIAK Radio Impactante Santo Domingo med id i en sångjingle. 1440,007. JE

1520 12.8 0230 HJUQ Radio Minuto Barranquilla med en predikan i ett väldigt oväsen på frekvensen där den ligger snett (1520,142) samtidigt som Voz och WWKB var starkare. JE

1540 12.8 0228 ZYH 611 Radio Sant Ana Tianguá CE (1539,991). Jag kom helt fel på denna men via Realdx har det slutligen “fastställts” att det är Aparecida-programmet och därmed denna station även om det inte finns något lokalt id. JE

1650 12.2 0245 Radio Guarani var ett av nattens mål men det sprack – inte bara för klen signalstyrka. Den hade f ö drivit upp ytterligare till 1650,100. Men skivspelaren/bandspelaren/datorn hade tydligen hängt sig och samma tre toner upprepades i all oändlighet och fortfarande över och efter 03. Obemannat nattetid eller hade personalen varit ute på fest och somnat? JE

Herd in Fredriksfors Aug. 10 - many stations but mostly too weak

.The acitivity behind the receivers was great with Ronny Forslund (RFK), Rolf Larsson (RLH) and me Jan Edh (JE) in Fredriksfors this night. It´w a pity that the activity on the mediumwave band wasn´t as good. Many signals, yes, but they were too low and too unstable in most cases. Best signals from Puerto Rico and Venezuela.

1500 9.8 2301 ZYK 773 Radio Cumbica Guarulhos SP var den enda riktigt läsbara brassen den här tiden när man gick äver till egna program igen efter samsändningen.. 1499,997 och id-ad åt mig av Rocco Cotroneo. JE

Heard in Fredriksfors, July 30-31

After several hours of hard work we have got our first antennas working again in Fredriksfors. The 285-degrees Beverage has got e new dropwire all the way. And we have also restrored the 240-degrees.

My first night for the season, however, wasn´t a great success. Quite a lot of signals, but most of them not strong enough as there was also lots of thunder this night. The signals from the Andes that I had hoped for were not there.

But I´m sure it will be better later on.

1520 31.7 0132 WVOZ Radio Voz, San Juan PR berättade att man spelade salsa... PR-stationer också på 1280, 1370?, 1390, 1480 och 1660. JE

1640 31.7 0201 Radio Juventus Don Bosco Santo Domingo (1739,990) var en av de stationer som hade mycket bättre läsbarhet i AM-läge. JE

1430 30.7 2330 ZYJ 200 Ckube B2 Curitiba PN. Frekvensen var 1429,998. Id-ades med hjälp av HK på RealDX. Rocco Cotroneo tror också att det betyder att B2 har ny sändar eftersom man de senaste åren hörts mycket dåligt när man kommit utanför Curitiba. Brassar stundtals ganska bra också på 1400, 1440, 1470, 1510, 1570. JE

1430 31.7 0135 HJKU AM 14-30 Bogota och med störningar från Caiari på 1430,008 på 285-gradaren. JE

1630 31.7 0100 Radio Diagonal AM 1630 La Plata Buenos Aires var den från Argentina som hade i särklass bästa signalen. Argentina dock även på 950, 1070, 1190, 1270 och 1620. JE

Radio Dellen International closed down at 1400 UTC / 1600 CET/SNT on June 3. Reception reports have been received from the UK, Holland, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Norway and all of Sweden. A QSL card will soon be available and your reception reports plus return postage can be sent to

Radio Dellen International is on the air - as you may have noticed

Hello everybody out there in radioland,
It took a while but last night we finally got things working as they should and what you have been hearing on 5895 kHz during the night and morning is an automated music stream coming from Radio Dellen International. Although there have been no station IDs it seems like many of you have realized that it is really us. At the moment it's a dull an rainy day here in Delsbo and everybody is busy with the DX Parliament. Some of you have asked "will there be no real programmes"? Yes, there will. But the thing is that no fixed schedule of "real" programmes exists yet as this event is not only about broadcasting and at the time of writing everybody is busy listening to various lectures but we will certainly get back later today to tell you about what's happening at the DX Parliament. Meanwhile, you can always enjoy the music. You are welcome to mail us at info @ rock.x.se and tell us how you are receiving our signal. Sofar we have received reports from most of Sweden plus Norway and Finland. Is anybody listening in Holland/Belgium by any chance? We will get back with some programming in Dutch during the day.

As from 0925 UTC /GMT - 1125 CET/SNT we are now broadcasting on 6065 kHz.
