All India Radio, Bikaner near the Pakistani border in northwestern Rajasthan on 1395 kHz with 20 kW heard with special transmission in local language mixed with English at 1730 UTC. Full English identification at 1750 UTC mentioning several locations and mediumwave frequencies. Cricket?? Quite good reception as Trans World Radio never started at 1800 UTC from Albania.
