558 kHz. No transmission of Voice of Russia via the 200 kW Monte Ceneri transmitter was heard today. According to unconfirmed sources the start is postponed to April 1st. (Bengt Ericson, ARC, Växjö)

ARC Newsflash: Voice of Russia over Monte Ceneri-Cima, Switzerland 558
558 Monte Ceneri-Cima will be activated from March 1st, 2010 transmitting the Voice of Russia programs.It is a decision from BAKOM, Bundesamt für Kommunikation, Switzerland. Power was earlier 300 kW but the planned power is not indicated. For further information check out BAKOM’s webpage.
